A TRIP TO THE BEACH

We spent the day in Galveston, TX. There is a small little beach there that Kevin and I discovered a few years back. It seemed to be in pretty good shape but the damage from Hurricane Ike is still apparent. Homes still damaged. One house had the side blown off, with all the furniture still in place on the inside. It was like looking into a life size dollhouse.

We collected a small treasure of shells, and came home and washed them. Lucy loved adding them to our collection.
